Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a Shuttle Driver in Chicago, IL to transport and assist passengers at airports, hospitals, arenas, and other designated locations. The role includes safe vehicle operation, assisting passengers, and maintaining cleanliness. Training is provided, and veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No experience required and on the job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• CDL with a specific class and endorsement may be required.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load and unload passengers at designated locations.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and operation of equipment for passengers with special needs.
• Help passengers load/unload luggage as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for safety issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Meet patrons needing assistance at airport locations and lots.
• Provide excellent customer service and directions.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and log fuel use.
