American Rooter & Drain is hiring a CDL Septic Pump Truck Driver in Caldwell, ID. The role includes operating a septic vacuum truck on residential and commercial calls, pumping tanks, and conveying findings to customers. Training is available for the right candidate.

We offer full-time-plus hours on a flex schedule, with a well-maintained truck, year-round work, and benefits after 60 days plus PTO after 1 year. Compensation ranges $24–$32 per hour, DOE, with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with tanker endorsement preferred.
• Current DOT medical card is required.
• Background check and drug screen are mandatory.
• Experience driving a manual transmission is expected.
• Able to perform physical outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a septic vacuum truck on residential and commercial calls.
• Locate and pump septic tanks and haul waste to disposal sites.
• Explain findings and required system improvements to customers.
• Maintain truck cleanliness, inspections, and readiness for service.
