Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in septic tanks, cesspools, and other waste storage systems.
• REQUIRED: Valid CDL license.
• Experience managing a pump truck fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must pass motor vehicle background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Pumping septic tanks using pump truck to remove waste.
• Perform regular maintenance and ensure pump truck is well-maintained.
• Plan routes and navigate to service locations.
• Interact with homeowners, business owners, and managers professionally.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and pumped amounts.
• Report any issues to supervisors or repair technicians.
• Wear PPE and follow hygiene practices for safety.
• Be prepared to handle emergencies during pumping operations.
