Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Route Specialist in Little Rock to cover routes, stock shelves, and ensure safe, timely delivery of products. You’ll rotate inventory, train teammates, and assist in meeting customer commitments across our route network.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer service while supporting supervisors and fellow teammates on busy days. Experience in route delivery or merchandising is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CDL or Class A permit or ability to obtain
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail management or merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established route standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and cooler equipment.
• Perform duties per route discipline (bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle).
• Assist Supervisor in training new route teammates and safety-focused duties.
• Handle urgent customer needs to meet commitments promptly through collaboration with sales, delivery, and customer management teams.
• Assist supervisor with projects and other duties across the territory.
