Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy is seeking a dependable CDLB Route Relief Driver to back up drivers on routes, deliver products, and maintain knowledge of multiple routes. You will operate straight/pup trucks, ensure safe, timely deliveries, and provide strong customer service, working early mornings with route coverage.

This position supports DFA’s dairy operations and family-owned culture. The role requires a Class B CDL with air brake, high school diploma, and ability to read/write English.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (English).
• Math skills for calculating load size and recording measurements.
• Capacity to follow directions, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Operate straight or pup trucks to deliver products per route schedule.
• Provide relief/back-up coverage for drivers on vacation or time off.
• Maintain knowledge of routes, communicate with supervisors and peers.
• Support safe, timely deliveries and customer service standards.
