Job summary

Nexair-LL is hiring a Route Driver in Georgia to safely transport compressed gas cylinders and general cargo to customers. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, complete required DOT/FDA paperwork, and track deliveries with handheld devices.

Maintain inventory levels, ensure safe loading/unloading, and foster strong customer relationships through professional service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of driving experience, and a CDL A or B with HAZMAT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of driving experience.
• CDL A or B with HAZMAT.
• Employee must meet all physical qualification standards imposed by the DOT.
• Clean MVR driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend MSDS.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver compressed gas cylinders and hard goods.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Complete all required DOT/FDA documentation accurately.
• Track deliveries and pickups using handheld technology.
• Return empty cylinders for refilling and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicle.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding maintenance, delivery efficiencies, and customer concerns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional interactions.
