Clean Harbors in Brunswick, OH is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee (Driver Class B Trainee). This role trains to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services on a defined route.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Background check, drug test, and physical per position.
• Facial hair standards per OSHA when respirators are required.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10-12 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads.
• Service automotive repair, fleets and manufacturing businesses.
• Complete daily services, deliveries, and pickups on schedule.
• Follow all safety, DOT, and regulatory requirements.
