Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL‑Class B license required upon hire.
• 1 year CDL driving experience or 1 year equivalent military driving within last 7 years.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete records.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operates a heavy‑duty truck following OSHA, DOT and company requirements; keeps a clean vehicle.
• conducts pre‑ and post‑trip DVIR inspections and notes issues for repair.
• Reports unsafe situations or service needs to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Participates in training, briefings and meetings as required.
• Works with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and address unsafe accounts.
• Completes duties as scheduled and assists other drivers as directed.
