Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a dependable Route Driver in Naples, FL to ensure timely delivery of units and maintain exemplary service standards. The role requires organizational skills, customer focus, and a strong safety mindset as you operate company vehicles and manage deliveries along scheduled routes.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, verifying orders in Trace2, vehicle checks, and adherence to DOT rules. Weekend availability may be required, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL license preferred, but not required.
• Must meet all DOT requirements including drug and alcohol screening and medical exam.
• Employment contingent upon successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver units to designated locations according to scheduled routes.
• Load and unload units, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Verify delivery orders and document deliveries in Trace2.
• Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, sinks, and trailers.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe transportation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatcher and customers regarding delivery status and issues.
• Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Flexibility to work weekends as business needs require.
