Denali Water Solutions LLC in Gastonia/Charlotte, NC is seeking a Class A CDL Retail Route Driver to deliver food waste across regional routes, maintain DOT compliance, perform pre-trip inspections, and communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time service.

This full‑time, hourly position offers a $7,500 sign‑on bonus, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, retirement and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Class A CDL with non-excepted interstate certification.
• Clean MVR and PSP report.
• Age 23+ with 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience, or 21+ with 1 year if a Truck Driving School graduate or 1 year of military driving.
• Stable employment history.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Load, transport, and deliver food waste on intra- and interstate routes (15–25 stops per day).
• Operate combination vehicles (open-top dump trailers) across a regional footprint.
• Drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles in compliance with DOT and all applicable laws.
• Use manual or electric pallet jacks as needed.
• Clean bins and containers with a pressure washer; ensure client locations are clean.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Perform minor repairs on bins and equipment using basic hand tools.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic truck equipment.
• Utilize electronic logging devices (ELD) for DOT compliance and reporting.
• Complete and submit paperwork such as contamination reports and service tickets.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch to coordinate schedules.
• Report issues to the operations team and Safety Manager.
• Work flexible hours, up to 60 hours in a 7-day week or 70 hours in 8 days.
