Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a route Delivery Driver to service convenience stores, gas stations, and small supermarkets in the New Castle area. The role involves delivering products on an established route, unloading, stocking shelves, building displays, and setting up promotional materials.

You will generate invoices and handle daily cash and charges. The job is labor-intensive, requiring lifting 20–45 pounds per case, frequent bending, and long hours during peak seasons, with 15–20 stops per day

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch.
• Unload and stock products on shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Build promotional displays and set up pricing signs and banners.
• Generate invoices and handle daily cash and charges.
