Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America is seeking a delivery driver to stock and merchandize products at assigned stores across the Delaware area. You will deliver to 15-20 stops per day, set up displays and pricing materials, and handle daily cash settlements where applicable.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, driving with a CDL, and meeting DOT requirements. Long hours may occur during peak seasons, with a focus on safety and accurate product placement.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test
• Background check and pre-employment screenings may be required

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to multiple stores on a route or via dynamic dispatch
• Operate trucks requiring a CDL license and perform basic driving maneuvers
• Service scheduled customers by end of daily shift
• Merchandise and rotate products on shelves and displays to local standards
• Push/pull pallet jacks and hand trucks to move products
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
• Handle cash/charges and daily settlements as needed
