Job summary

Waste Management seeks a CDL Class B driver for on-site operations in Saint Cloud, MN. The role covers safe driving on designated routes, daily route paperwork, inspections, and collaboration with Route Managers to ensure timely, clean, and compliant service.

Minimum CDL experience and a valid license are required, along with pre-employment screening. The position offers stable hours, benefits, and opportunities for training and growth within the WM network.

Qualifications

• 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years and Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and physical (CDL)-Class B)

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy-duty truck on designated routes in compliance with OSHA, DOT and company requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents issues.
• Reports unsafe situations or service needs to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Cooperates in training and meetings to improve route efficiency.
• Positions containers on customer sites and ensures proper closure and cleanliness.
