Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Valley View, OH is hiring a delivery driver to serve commercial and residential customers. You will load, deliver, and unload materials, verify orders, and maintain safety standards on every route.

A CDL A or B is required, with 0–3 years experience preferred. We offer competitive pay, benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth within a Fortune 500 distributor.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A or B
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 0-3 years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card
• Experience using Forklifts and other material handling equipment preferred
• Ability to lift and move items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, including loading/unloading and delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report issues
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Work overtime as needed
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required
