Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is hiring a Route Delivery Driver for Birmingham, AL. You will operate a commercial vehicle, provide premium service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, and upsell products to drive growth.

The role requires safety adherence, supporting the team, and maintaining accurate delivery records. Schedule: Mon–Fri with some Saturdays as needed; start between 6:00–7:00 am, complete workload.

Compensation $61,160K Salary + Customer Tips (paid weekly)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to secure and/ormaintaina CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement(for applicable CDL positions)
• Primo Brandsis a certified CDL provider and canassistyou with obtaining your Class B CDLwhere available.
• Service-orientedwith strong face-to-face sales skills
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and indifferent typesof weather
• Ability to effectively interact withcustomers in a variety of settings
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs., using product handling tools asappropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting,pushingand pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average40-55times per day
• Ability to work an average45-hourweek or more, including variable start/end times
• Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working forPrimoBrands
• Must possess a clean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
