Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver in the Mableton, GA area to provide premium service to residential, commercial, and retail customers. You will operate a CMV, deliver beverages, and contribute to growth through upselling.

The role features early starts, a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays as needed, and weekly pay with tips. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) with match, ESPP, life and disability insurance, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and follow DOT requirements daily.
• Deliver products to residential, commercial, and retail locations on schedule.
• Upsell products to drive growth and manage account information accurately.
• Maintain delivery records, cash receipts, and required documentation.
• Support team and provide water-dispenser cleaning services as needed.

TheRoute Service Delivery Driver’sprimary responsibilities aretoprovide premium customer service to residential,commercial,and retailcustomers, accelerategrowththroughupselling,manageaccountinformation,andworksafely.This role is highlyinteractive andrequires the ability to safelyoperatea Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).

Reporting Location: Mableton, GA

Pay:$61,160 / year (with CDL) + customer tips(paid weekly)

Schedule:Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time:Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to secure and/ormaintaina CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement(for applicable CDL positions)
• Primo Brandsis a certified CDL provider and canassistyou with obtaining your Class B CDLwhere available.

• Ability to effectively interact withcustomers in a variety of settings
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs., using product handling tools asappropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting,pushingand pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average40-55times per day
• Ability to work an average45-hourweek or more, including variable start/end times
• Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working forPrimoBrands
• Must possess a clean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
