Job summary

West Avenue Compassion is seeking a delivery driver to service store accounts across Alaska. You will load, unload, and merchandise products on a daily route, ensuring displays and pricing signage are up to standard while maintaining accurate cash and invoices.

The role requires a valid CDL, physical stamina for lifting, and adherence to DOT rules. You will interact with store management, support promotions, and sustain reliable daily attendance in variable weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. CDL with appropriate status.
• Pass drug test and physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to multiple stores each day and execute promotions.
• Operate trucks with CDL and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Service scheduled customers by end of daily shift.
• Merchandise and rotate stock, build displays, and manage signage.
• Push/pull pallet jacks and related equipment to move products.
• Establish positive relationships with account contacts.
• Follow operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
