Job summary

GFL Environmental is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely and efficiently service industrial, residential, or recycle routes. Drivers will mechanically collect debris and recyclables, maintain logs and reports, and interact with customers on route.

The role requires a CDL, a minimum of 21 years old, and the ability to operate a truck and meet safety standards. Local travel and outdoor work are common, with comprehensive benefits advertised.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drives roll-off truck on designated routes, collects, exchanges or delivers containers to post-collection facilities.
• Performs daily pre- and post-trip inspections; submits vehicle condition reports.
• Interacts courteously with customers and public; notifies supervisor of issues.
• Maintains DOT logbook and route productivity sheets as required by law and policy.
• Operates vehicle safely, uses GPS/maps to locate addresses, follows safety rules.
