GFL Environmental, Inc. is seeking a Roll-Off Driver committed to safe, efficient waste removal across routes. CDL holders with a clean driving record will collect waste from customer sites and transport to disposal facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required with safe driving history.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria and operate truck/equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck and equipment to collect waste.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete reports.
• Communicate vehicle issues to supervisor and mechanic promptly.
• Maintain route quality and follow safety standards and regulations.
• Document services and maintain accurate records.
• Possess professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Possibly work overtime as needed; support routing improvements.
