Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desired.
• Possess valid CDL.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive and operate truck/equipment.
• Ability to read/write simple reports and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck and ancillary equipment to collect waste.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document reports.
• Communicate vehicle issues to supervisor/mechanic.
• Maintain route quality and assist in routing improvements.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean vehicle interior/exterior.
• Attend safety/branch meetings; may work overtime.
