Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate roll-off trucks and hydraulic equipment for commercial and industrial waste removal. This role keeps communities clean and ensures drivers are home nightly with a strong safety focus.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate route records, and communicate with the maintenance team as needed. Minimum CDL and 1+ year experience required.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks and hydraulic equipment to collect and transport waste.

What You Bring

• Credentials: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record.
• Experience: 1+ years of commercial driving experience (or a certificate from an accredited CDL school).
• Reliability: A positive, solution-focused attitude and the physical ability to handle the demands of the route (lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally).
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
