Waste Pro is hiring CDL Residential Drivers to operate Automated Side Load (ASL) / Curotto Can equipment in Pembroke Pines, FL. This is a local, not over-the-road role, with paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Experience with ASL, Curotto Can, or other refuse collection vehicles is preferred. The company emphasizes safety, routine inspections, and a strong service mindset to meet municipal and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL for the state of operation.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of refuse collection policies and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Waste Pro truck on a pre-established route according to policies and laws.
• Collect and transport garbage, refuse, recyclables, and other approved materials.
• Unload materials at landfills or transfer stations as designated.
• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service.
