Job summary

Waste Pro of Florida is seeking CDL residential drivers to operate Automated Side Load and Curotto Can equipment in Pembroke Pines. The role involves local, not over-the-road, work with training provided and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Pay is commensurate with experience at $26–$27 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid vacation and holidays, and ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• CDL required (Class A or B) for operating state; clean driving record.
• Ability to read/write English sufficiently for paperwork and communication.
• Knowledge of refuse collection policies, procedures, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Waste Pro truck on a pre-established route following DOT and company policies.
• Collect and transport garbage, recyclables, and other approved materials on assigned routes.
• Unload materials at landfills or disposal facilities and provide courteous customer service.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct daily inspections (pre-trip/post-trip) as required.
• Complete and submit route documentation, inspection reports, and regulatory paperwork.
