Driver/Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time CDL Shuttle Driver to join our team in Columbus, Ohio at Columbus Airport RAC. As a key team member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Transdev offers:

Non-CBA Position

Starting pay rate of $20.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety-Focused Operations: Follow designated routes and schedules meticulously, adhere to safety protocols and traffic laws.
2. Passenger Care: Provide excellent assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
3. Vehicle Vigilance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and keep vehicles clean and safe.
4. Adherence to Protocols: Follow company policies, enforce seat belt use, prepare for emergencies, and comply with regulations.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Must be 21 years or older.
2. CDL Class B License with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements required.
3. Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Availability for day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts.
6. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical exam.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
2. Long periods of sitting, typing, or screen time.
3. Work environment includes indoor and outdoor settings.
