Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a relief delivery driver to cover shifts when regular drivers are unavailable. You will deliver products to stores on established or contingency routes, merchandise shelves, and set up promotional displays. This labor-intensive role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, driving in varied weather, and completing daily cash settlements.

A valid CDL or CDL Permit with Non-Excepted Interstate Status is required. Must be 21+, pass DOT and drug tests, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. CDL or CDL Permit with Non-Excepted Interstate Status.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Pass required drug test and physical capabilities test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and execute all promotions.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift.
• Merchandise all accounts to local standards.
• Follow DOT regulations.
• Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
