Job summary

Amarr Company in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced CDL driver to join our distribution center as a full-time team member. You will load, unload, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle within the region, with three to five days per week on the road and one to two overnights.

This role emphasizes safe, timely deliveries to Amarr Door Centers and customers, plus warehousing tasks and customer assistance. Must have CDL, be 21+, read English per DOT, lift 50–75 lb, and enjoy working with a team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL license and be at least 21 years old.
• 3–5+ years experience driving a commercial vehicle.
• Must read and speak English per DOT guidelines.
• Able to lift 50–75 lb consistently.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to operate power tools.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle within the region (3–5 days a week).
• Provide deliveries to customers and Amarr Door Centers in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist with warehousing and merchandise handling tasks and staging/assembly duties.
• Support distribution center operations and production orders when not on the road.
