Qualifications

• Valid CDL License required (Class B minimum; Class A preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Previous sweeper or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of equipment regularly
• Strong work ethics and reliability
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate regenerative air sweeper trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform sweeping services for streets, parking lots, construction sites, and commercial properties.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain daily equipment and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Empty debris hoppers and dispose of waste properly.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain driver logs and service records.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, dispatchers, and customers.
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance and cleaning.

The ideal candidate will safely operate regenerative air sweepers while maintaining high-quality service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires attention to detail, safe driving practices, and the ability to work independently in various weather and traffic conditions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate regenerative air sweeper trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform sweeping services for streets, parking lots, construction sites, and commercial properties
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain daily equipment and report mechanical issues promptly
