We will cover your monthly tuition payments for the first 12 months of employment and pay up to a total of $5,000 towards your tuition.

When you drive for CFI, you can expect:

• Company drivers earn up to $0.56 per mile
• Practical mile pay
• Both regional and OTR routes available
• Reliable home time
• Stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and pay for non-customary work

Layover pay: $125 after the first 24 hours, and $125 for each additional 24-hour period

Qualifications include:

• Valid CDL-A
• 21 years of age or older
• Legal right to work and reside in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel throughout all 48 contiguous states for 2-3 weeks at a time
• No recent BACs, DUIs, DWIs, or license suspensions in the past five years
• Ability to meet work attendance, legal, and DOT regulations
• Ability to pass all CFI certification and testing requirements
