Job summary

Heidelberg Materials NE LLC is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to safely operate a Ready Mix concrete truck and deliver materials to customer job sites across the region. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain documentation.

You will load, transport, and unload materials, coordinate with dispatch and customers, keep equipment clean, and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to operate a Ready Mix Truck safely.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible equipment operation.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required paperwork, and follow operating procedures.
• Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Capability to work independently, adapt to changing job site conditions, and manage delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Ready Mix Concrete truck to deliver and place construction materials at customer job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
• Load, transport, and unload materials efficiently while following all safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
