Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is hiring a CDL A or B Ready Mix Driver to support delivery of concrete across the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes safety, on-time delivery, and high standards for vehicle and load management.

You will operate manual transmission trucks, perform pre/post-trip checks, and coordinate with dispatch for timely orders while upholding customer satisfaction and quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL (manual transmission).
• Must pass DOT drug screen and obtain a DOT physical.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete safely to customers and job sites, including proper slump and order processing.
• Communicate truck and job status to dispatch and maintain good customer relations.
• Maintain truck appearance and fluid levels, perform washouts and prevent concrete hardening.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and DOT requirements.
• Complete paperwork and assist with plant work as needed.
