Job summary

Ozinga South Florida Inc is seeking a Ready Mix Driver in Miami, FL. You will safely deliver concrete to customers, requiring a Florida CDL with airbrakes and a current medical card. Training is provided; prior experience is not required, and weekend shifts with varied start times may apply.

You’ll perform safety inspections, read delivery tickets, load/unload materials, and maintain professional conduct while serving customers and coordinating with Dispatch.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Florida CDL either Class A or Class B with airbrakes endorsement and maintain a current medical certificate.
• Training is provided; prior experience not required.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with customers and read delivery tickets.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT pre- and post-trip inspections, including hood operations.
• Read and verify delivery tickets to ensure correct product delivery.
• Load and unload items for delivery and assist customers as needed.
• Deliver to job sites, unload, and return to yard multiple times daily.
• Drive in varying terrains and assist with equipment setup and cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Dispatch, presenting a professional image.
