New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. (NESL) is hiring a dependable Ready Mix Driver to transport and deliver concrete to job sites safely, efficiently, and on time. The role requires a valid CDL and 2+ years of driving experience, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with 2+ years driving experience.
• Ability to climb ladders, enter/exit trucks, and work at heights up to 12 feet.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver concrete to job sites on schedule.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues to Fleet Services.
• Maintain operator logs and records per DOT regulations and NESL policy.
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and condition of your vehicle.
