Loram Technologies is seeking a Service Technician-CDL in Indiana to provide customer service and maintenance for Loram equipment across a defined region. The role emphasizes maintaining unit uptime, safety, and compliance with railroad operating rules while working with the field team.

Key duties include lubrication of locomotive components, processing work orders, and building strong customer relations. A valid CDL, HS diploma, and relevant field experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL required.
• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
• 1+ years of field service experience with customer facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate top of rail and gauge face lubricator units to specification.
• Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
• Process work orders and delivery tickets according to company procedures.
• Build and maintain customer and supplier relations to improve products and services.
