Job summary

Valley Wide Cooperative in Nampa, ID is seeking an Energy Driver-CDL to deliver propane, fuels, and lubricants to customers in a safe, timely manner. You will maintain records, follow SOPs, and operate company equipment with attention to safety.

The role requires a Class B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Airbrake endorsements, a clean driving record, and strong communication. This is a safety-sensitive position with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required with Hazmat, Tanker, and Airbrake endorsements.
• Clean driving record with all applicable endorsements and experience in fast-paced delivery.
• Knowledge of propane installations and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, customers, and vendors.
• Decision-making skills and a customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk propane, bulk oil, gasoline, diesel and heating oil, as well as lubricants.
• Set up and install bulk tanks/containers at customer locations.
• Maintain route efficiency and manage purchase orders for repairs and supplies.
• Record daily tickets on manifest summary reports and adhere to safety checks.
• Follow the delivery price sheet and obtain approvals for discounts or deviations.
• Operate the delivery truck safely and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain professional conduct and communicate with stores and personnel.
