Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is hiring Delivery Representatives in Chester, NJ. You will safely operate propane delivery trucks, fill tanks, and deliver cylinders to customers while maintaining top safety and customer service standards.

The role requires a valid CDL with hazmat/tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test and background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes.
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers.
• Adhere to all federal/state codes and AmeriGas Safety/Operations Policies.
• Use required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Work 8 to 12-hour shifts as needed.
