Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a CDL B Delivery Driver in Boca Raton, FL. You will safely drive to customers, unload products, verify deliveries with signatures, and provide excellent service.

Duties include pre/post-trip inspections and occasional collections, with overtime possible. You must be at least 21, hold a valid CDL B with endorsements, and have 6+ months of driving experience (3 months in food/beverage delivery).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid CDL Class B issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months’ commercial driving experience or three months’ commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
• Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
• May be required to operate manual transmission in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and on time.
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand; 100% touch freight.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Provide professional customer service during delivery.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Handle collections and payments when applicable.
• Adapt to other duties as assigned by management.
