Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a CDL Portable Sanitation Driver to service customers along assigned routes and safely operate a Portable Sanitation Truck while maintaining Coastal's safety and service standards.

You will work with a team to support operations, adhere to DOT regulations, wear PPE, and provide exceptional customer service in varying weather conditions. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within a stable, growing company.

Qualifications

• CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift, push, pull or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to safely climb, bend, squat, kneel, and enter/exit equipment.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a CDL Portable Sanitation Driver , you'll safely operate a Portable Sanitation Truck while servicing customers along assigned routes. You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.

What You'll Do

• - Safely operate a Portable Sanitation Truck on assigned routes.
• - Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
• - Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.
• - Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• - Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• - Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• - Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• - Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
• - Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.

• - Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• - Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• - Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Coastal Waste & Recycling professionally.

What You'll Bring

• - Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
• - Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and associated equipment.
