Qualifications

• CDL is REQUIRED and active at application.
• Strong ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Experience in asphalt paving or construction preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery used in paving.
• Drive company vehicles requiring a CDL as assigned.
• Transport equipment and materials to job sites as needed.
• Assist with asphalt paving operations including placement and grading.
• Perform general construction labor and site cleanup.
• Set up and break down paving operations and job sites.
• Inspect and report equipment issues; maintain a clean work area.
