Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team. You will operate company vehicles, transport equipment, and help set up pavement marking operations, contributing to road safety and quality workmanship.

This role requires a valid CDL A or B, clean driving record, ability to work nights/weekends, and willingness to travel as needed. We offer a safety-focused environment with comprehensive insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks or pavement marking equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to pass background check, MVR and drug screening.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
• Transport pavement marking equipment and crew to and from job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete related documentation
• Assist with setting up and operating pavement marking equipment as needed
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and proper loading
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the road and on job sites
