Job summary

TransWest is seeking professional, safety minded Drivers to transport business clients to and from scheduled routes with a focus on great customer service.

Earn $27.75-$33.00 per hour plus premium pay for school bus and motorcoach routes, plus a robust benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and holiday pay. Candidates must have CDL and passenger endorsement and pass DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.
• Current/active DOT Medical Card is required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Transport business clients to and from scheduled routes safely and reliably.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report defects; complete documentation daily.
• Create a welcoming environment and deliver a seamless experience for corporate commuters.
• Maintain a professional and safety-minded approach at all times.
• Perform DOT daily inspections on equipment and fuel systems as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
