Job summary

Keolis Commuter Services is seeking qualified CDL drivers with Passenger Endorsement in California for a Monday–Friday role with a sign-on incentive. The position includes medical/dental/vision benefits from day one, a 401K with company match, and incremental pay raises.

Candidates must be 21+, pass DOT tests, and be comfortable assisting riders with disabilities. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, safe passenger pickup/drop-off, fare handling, accident reporting, and strict

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid CA CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• High degree of comfort working with people with disabilities.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.
• Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision making skills.
• Must pass Vehicle for Developmental Disabled Persons Certification (VDDP).

Responsibilities

• Report to work on-time, in clean, neat uniform, ready to work.
• Perform vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Radio check buses' radios before leaving yard.
• Operate vehicles safely in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Pickup and discharge passengers at designated stops safely; manage heating/ventilation for passenger comfort.
• Follow fare collection procedures.
• Report accidents or incidents; submit required reports.
• Adhere to Keolis and client policies and procedures.
• Operate wheelchair lift with proper safety restraints as needed.
• Interact with the public positively and provide transit information.
