Job summary

Performance Food Group in Minnesota is seeking a Driver, Helper Non Formula to fulfill deliveries to customers. You will ride with Drivers, assist in the safe and timely delivery, and build lasting relationships with customers. The Driver, Helper Non Formula rides with and assists Drivers on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver and unload products in a safe, timely manner in accordance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 6–12 months experience in warehouse environment and interfacing with customers.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves/pallets, weighing between 10-90 pounds as location allows.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer and dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Loads and unloading truck and/or company vehicles.
• Places products in areas identified by customers.
• Completes required documentation in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
