Job summary

Summit Express is seeking an attentive Guest Service Driver to safely transfer guests around Colorado, primarily to and from Denver International Airport, operating 14- and 30-passenger shuttles. Expect trip-based pay with per-trip rates $145–$195 plus tips, and bonuses for consecutive trips.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for 3 years with no recent violations.
• CDL P or non-CDL options available.
• Minimum age 23 years.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass DOT physical exam (paid by Summit Express).

Responsibilities

• Be punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Read and understand trip manifests.
• Map out arrival routes prior to departing DIA.
• Be comfortable finding guests’ address locations.
• Maintain contact with Dispatch & communicate needs.
• Communicate with guests along the route.
• Assist with transfer help when needed if you’re the airport driver.
• Thoroughly clean inside and outside of vehicles & return keys/devices to Dispatch.
• Maintain a record of duty log in the vehicle tracking system.

Job description

As a Summit Express Guest Service Driver, the focus is on the safe transfer of our guests in and around Colorado with primary trips to and from Denver International Airport. Summit Express utilizes 14 passenger Ford Transits and 30 passenger mini-busses.

• $145-$195/trip depending on location + tips (typically $200-$300 / day)
• $75 bonus for the 5th trip & $100 bonus for the 6th trip
• Cash and Credit Card Gratuities
• Paid time off, accrued from start!
• $22/hour services

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license for 3 years and have no traffic violations on their Motor Vehicle Record within the last 3 years
• We have positions for both drivers with CDL P and non-CDL
• At least 23 years of age
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) Physical Exam – paid for by Summit Express
