Calibre Manufacturing in Marietta, GA is hiring a CDL Operator - Warehouse on a full-time basis with a Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM-3:00 PM) and benefits. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.

This role requires a Class A/B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities include operating CDL vehicles, loading/unloading materials, shipping/receiving, inspections, forklift operation, and supporting production, warehouse, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL license.
• Valid DOT Medical Card required and maintained.
• Clean driving record.
• 1–3 years CDL driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and work through shift.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A or B CDL vehicles.
• Safely load, unload, secure, and transport materials.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Receive, stage, pick, and issue materials.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow GMP, DOT, OSHA and safety requirements.
• Support Production, Warehouse and Quality teams.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The CDL Operator - Warehouse safely transports materials throughout the manufacturing campus while supporting warehouse operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. When not operating CDL vehicles, the employee performs warehouse duties including receiving, inventory control, shipping, staging materials, and production support.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate Class A or B CDL vehicles.


• Safely load, unload, secure, and transport materials.


• Complete shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation.


• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.


• Receive, stage, pick, and issue materials.


• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.


• Maintain inventory accuracy.


• Follow GMP, DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements.


• Support Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams.


• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.


• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).


• Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card) required and maintained throughout employment.


• Clean driving record.


• 1-3 years of CDL driving experience preferred.


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to stand and work throughout the shift.


• Basic computer skills.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience (training available).


• Warehouse or manufacturing experience.


• GMP or food manufacturing experience.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
