Job summary

StreamTech Industrial is seeking a Hydro-Excavation Operator/Driver in Channelview, TX. You will operate hydro-vacuum trucks to perform non-destructive excavation, exposing underground utilities safely.

Responsibilities include inspection, paperwork, and strict safety adherence. Travel up to 75% is required; on-site work and rotation may apply. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year driving experience with CDL required.
Class A or B Commercial Driver's license with Tanker endorsements.
TWIC or ability to obtain; Basic Plus preferred
Knowledge of DOT regulations
Clean Motor Vehicle Record in last 3 years
Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen and background check
On-call availability and willingness to travel
Strong safety mindset and reliability

Responsibilities

Operate hydro-excavation equipment to perform non-destructive excavation using high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
Safely expose underground utilities and pipelines without damage.
Conduct site assessments to determine excavation approach.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on hydro-excavation equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and site guidelines to prevent incidents.
Maintain detailed records of daily work and site conditions.
Communicate with clients and team about updates and any questions.
Assist with additional duties as assigned
