Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive CDL trucks to sites and operate vacuum trucks, hydroblasting units and other industrial cleaning equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Work outdoors, stay active, and assist crew on hands-on jobs.
• Follow safety rules and look out for teammates.
• Most jobs are local and regional, with travel when needed.
• Overtime, nights, weekends and turnarounds may be required.

Blackhawk Industrial Group is hiring CDL Operators to drive and run industrial vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment and heavy-duty cleaning systems at refineries, plants and other industrial sites.

You won't spend all day behind the wheel. You'll drive the truck to the site, then run powerful equipment alongside your crew to get tough jobs done. If you like staying busy, working with your hands and going home most nights, this job is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Drive and Operate: Drive CDL trucks to the site, then run vacuum trucks, hydroblasting units and other industrial cleaning equipment.
• Keep Equipment Ready: Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections, daily equipment checks, light maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Stay Active: Lift, climb and work outdoors on hands‑on jobs.
• Work Safe: Follow Blackhawk and customer site safety rules, and look out for your crew.
• Work Mostly Local: Most jobs are local and regional, with travel when needed.
• Be Flexible: We run 24/7, so being available for overtime, nights, weekends and turnarounds is a big plus.

What You Need:

• TWIC Card.
• CDL class A or B.
• 18+ months of industrial cleaning experience preferred.

• Comfort working in heat, cold, confined spaces and at heights.
• Ability to pass a DISA medical screening and drug test.
• Clean-shaven for respirator use.
