Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) in Tennessee is seeking Mixer Operators with Class A or Class B CDL to safely deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service, with home daily schedules.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Provide excellent customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols and maintain records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing.
• Assist with plant/yard duties as needed.
