Job summary

Smyrna Ready Mix, LLC is seeking Mixer Operators (CDL Drivers) to safely deliver quality concrete to construction sites in Indiana. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and requires a Class A or B CDL and a strong commitment to safety.

Successful candidates will be responsible for operating concrete mixer trucks, loading and inspecting concrete, and maintaining accurate delivery records. Exceptional benefits and a team-oriented culture await new hires.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in construction delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver concrete to job sites.
• Load and inspect concrete to meet quality standards.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
