SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer, ensure quality, and provide professional customer service with safety first.

Join a national leader with local routes, home daily, overtime after 8 hours, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll work with dispatch and plant teams, perform pre-trip inspections, and help with yard duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong focus on customer service and representing SRM values on every job.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
