Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Medical Oxygen Service Technician to join our team. You will represent the company to our customers, providing empathetic and accurate communication to support their health and quality of life. Your responsibilities include educating patients on equipment use, troubleshooting issues, checking in to ensure proper and safe use, and building trust through face-to-face interactions.

A day in the life:

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet long.
• Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at patients' homes.
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy.
• Resolve equipment problems as needed.

Qualifications

Our top candidate will have:

• Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Preferred tanker and Hazmat endorsements; assistance available for obtaining these.
• Acceptable criminal background and motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass a drug test, physical, and DOT physical.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry heavy equipment daily.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A desire to help others and improve their quality of life.
• Dedication to caring for customers with compassion, integrity, and care.
